Posting of workers
A1 certificates for all posted workers and registration of the posting in line with the requirements of the construction country (incl. German and Dutch notification systems).
Minimum wage & payroll
Remuneration compliant with the local minimum wage (MiLoG) and posting rules. Payroll documentation available for client audits.
HSE standards
Trained supervisory staff, job instructions, signage and housekeeping on site in line with the investor's standard.
Liability insurance
Business liability policy covering works across the EU. Coverage details and a copy of the policy are available on request.
Direct employment
No subcontractor chains for installation works: one contract, one contractual responsibility, one point of contact.

Framework agreement
- Reserved crew capacity: 5–10 MW per month, for 6–12 months
- Fixed €/kWp rate for the whole term — no re-tendering per project
- Priority mobilisation ahead of spot clients
- Monthly settlement per installed, accepted kWp
Single project
- Fixed price for a defined scope: full PV generator or single packages (MECH / DC / AC-MV)
- Crew sized to your construction schedule
- Standard mobilisation: 2–4 weeks from contract
Emergency cover
- When a subcontractor drops out mid-season or weather eats your schedule
- Crew on site within 2–4 weeks
- Takeover of works in progress, incl. documentation gaps

Most of our clients start with a single project and convert to a framework agreement after the first acceptance. Both models include the same site management, reporting and compliance standard.
